2. **Artwork Submission and Approval**

2.1 **Artwork Specifications:** Customers are responsible for ensuring that the artwork provided for printing meets our specifications. Ink Magic is not liable for poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork.

2.2 **Artwork Check:** Customers are encouraged to select our "Artwork Check" service when placing an order. This service involves a thorough review of your artwork by our team to ensure it meets our printing standards. If this service is not selected and an issue arises with the artwork, Ink Magic will not be responsible for any defects or unsatisfactory results.

2.3 **Intellectual Property:** Customers must own or have permission to use all intellectual property in the artwork submitted for printing. Ink Magic is not responsible for verifying the ownership or permissions related to the submitted artwork. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. **Order Processing and Payment**

3.1 **Order Confirmation:** All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Ink Magic. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3.2 **Payment:** Payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

3.3 **Order Changes and Cancellations:** Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. Additional fees may apply.

4. **Printing and Quality Assurance**

4.1 **Quality Standards:** Ink Magic strives to produce the highest quality prints. However, minor variations in color, size, and placement are to be expected and are not considered defects.

4.2 **Replacement Policy:** If there is a confirmed issue with our printing, Ink Magic will replace the defective prints. However, we do not provide replacements for the garment itself. The replacement policy applies only to the printing service, not the apparel or other items provided by the customer.

4.3 **Inspection:** Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported to Ink Magic within [7] days of receipt. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the order as-is.

5. **Shipping and Delivery**

5.1 **Shipping Methods:** Ink Magic offers various shipping options. Delivery times and costs depend on the chosen method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6.1 **Disclaimer:** Ink Magic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data.

6.2 **Maximum Liability:** Ink Magic's maximum liability for any claim arising from a service or product provided by us will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service or product.
